At Base Camp Functional Medicine, we offer a range of personalized healthcare options, including direct primary care (DPC subscription membership), fee-for-service primary care, and functional medicine consulting. These services allow you to tailor your healthcare to suit your needs and budget. 


We are currently welcoming new patients for holistic, functional primary care. We do not accept insurance, Medicare, or chronic pain management cases.
