Portal Use Instructions

When messaging the physician, please reserve the portal for questions related to past office visits and your care plan. Please limit your message to 1-2 sentences. If you have a new condition, please call the front desk. If your portal message contains a medical question that must be directed to the physician, these will be billed at $15.00 per message. Messages that can be answered by reception, billing, or the medical assistant are free of charge.

Access Past Treatment Plans

Have you lost your treatment plan? Don't worry—you can view and reprint your treatment summary from any previous visit. Log in to the portal to get started.

Access Lab Results

Want to view your lab or imaging results or print them for your records? Log in to the portal to get started. Labs will be posted following your visit with the doctor to review the results. Please do not message us asking for lab results until one month following your blood draw or lab submittal. Many labs take up to a month to process. Please do not message the doctor regarding new lab results that have not been reviewed during an office or virtual care appointment. Rest assured, any lab values that require immediate attention or are life-threatening will result in the clinic contacting you before your visit. Dr. Campbell personally reviews all lab results before posting them to the portal. 

Request a Follow-up Appointment

Are you not feeling well while the clinic is closed? Log in to the portal and request a new appointment. We will get back to you and schedule you as soon as we can.

Questions Regarding a Past Treatment Plan or Billing

Contact the clinic, and someone will get back to you within five business days, often even sooner.
